Position: Sales Associate

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours/week - must work Saturdays)

Location: 8001 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario, L4K 2M7

Pay: Competitive salary + Commission

Start Date: ASAP

Kolani Kitchen & Bath is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented sales associate to work at one of our showrooms in Concord ON, on a full time basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing retail sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Conduct sales transactions
• Provide clients with product information and educate them on benefits and uses of our products
• Maintain and follow up with orders from suppliers
• Communicate via email and telephone with suppliers and clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Draft quotes, complete invoices, place and file orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Excellent customer service skills required to work with customers
• Computer skills are a must - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to work in a fast paced and client focused environment
• Team player and willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
